1. Is there any minimum amount of order that can be placed?

We accept orders starting at a minimum of Rs. 500.

2. How do I cancel/ modify my order?

Once your order ships from our warehouse, we won't be able to amend or cancel it.

To cancel or modify an order, write an email within four hours after placing the order.


  1. Simply send an email to contact@adawwrably.com stating the modifications you would like to make to your pre-paid or guest orders to cancel or amend them. Remember to provide your order number as well.
  2. To cancel an order, send an email with the subject "Cancel My Order" and the order number.
  3. To make changes, include the order number and the phrase "Modify My Order" in the subject line of your email.

3. Do I have to pay any shipping charges?

Orders over Rs.1000 get free shipping. Below that there is a shipping charge

4. Why are there additional COD charges?

The courier Service charges COD (Cash on Delivery) fees in order to provide services for processing cash. To avoid paying COD fees, you can pay online. 

5. What should I do if I have an issue with payment while placing an order?

  1. If money was taken out of your account but your order wasn't confirmed, the money is often automatically returned to your payment method within 12 to 24 hours. If it is not received within this time frame, please contact our staff at contact@adawwrably.com, and we will assist you.
  2. Log out of your account, then log back in and start the checkout process again if your payment is consistently being denied when you try to complete the transaction.

6. How do I apply for return/ exchange of my product(s)?

Please review the return policy to determine whether your product(s) qualify for a refund or not.

Simply send us an email at contact@adawwrably.com to apply or exchange for your product(s), stating the cause for return if necessary. Remember to provide your order number as well. Send us photographs at contact@adawwrably.com if you have a defective product, and we will get back to you.

7. The delivery tracking shows that the order has been delivered but I have not received it.

Send us an email at contact@adawwrably.com if you have any further questions, and a member of our staff will get back to you within 1-2 business days, most likely even sooner.
