88 Days Return Policy
The goods or categories to which this policy would apply may change without prior notice. Refund terms: We do not accept exchanges or returns on a number of product categories.
In order to be eligible for our 88-day return policy, the customer must mail us a request for a return or refund within 4 days of receiving the product.
COD fee refunds are not available.
All returns must be in brand-new condition with all original tags and packaging still attached.
Refunds for prepayment orders will be made using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
If an order is canceled before it is sent, a refund will start to be processed within a few days
After the package returns to us, the reimbursement will start if the order is canceled after the product has been dispatched.
We would be pleased to offer you the following substitutes if the goods you got are defective or incorrect:
You can exchange the items for a different option of similar value by exchanging them.
Once we have received the products and conducted a quality check, we will credit your bank account in full for the amount you paid for the goods.
Procedure to Apply for 88 DAYS Return/Replacement
First and foremost, your order or product qualifies for a refund or replacement by following the procedure outlined above.
Within four days of getting the item, send an email to contact@adawwrably.com with “Order number returns” in the subject line.
Give as little information as you can about the return’s cause.
Mention if you wish to exchange or return the item.
Please wait until you get an email from our team confirming your return or exchange before acting. Any shipment sent without the confirmation is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Due to the fact that we do not yet have a reverse pickup facility, we ask that you mail the product(s) back to us within 88 days.
We ask that you pack the things safely to prevent loss or damage while they are being transported.
Additionally, be sure to include your order number somewhere on the package.
All of the return information, including the mailing address for the item, will be provided to you.
